Flow & Levelling
Dynoadd® flow and levelling additives provide effective control of surface tension from application to cured coating. Controlled surface tension improves surface wetting, flow and levelling and prevents problems such as orange peel, craters, overspray, flooding and floating.
Our products are used throughout the industrial coatings market providing original, alternative and dependable solutions to appearance related problems.
Solvent borne
- Dynoadd® F-1 is an effective general-purpose flow and levelling and anti-crater additive.
- Dynoadd® F-100 has a high degree of resin compatibility and provides an enhanced flow and levelling effect.
- Dynoadd® F-101 is our most compatible flow and levelling additive and improves substrate and pigment wetting, especially suitable for more polar systems including UV.
- Dynoadd® F-102 is the flow and levelling additive of choice in systems where foam control is of high importance.
- Dynoadd® F-106 is a polar highly compatible flow and levelling additive which ensures a high degree of clarity in clear coats.
- Dynoadd® F-201 is an alternative flow additive which offers a good combination of flow and foam control performance.
- Dynoadd® F-3B is an all round flow and levelling additive with excellent anti-crater properties for use in direct food contact applications.
- Dynoadd® F-300 is a more compatible flow and levelling agent with enhanced wetting properties. It is compliant for use in direct food contact applications.
- Dynoadd® F-404 provides good flow and levelling, in addition to slip and extra brilliance, particularly in alkyd and acrylic based topcoats.
- Dynoadd® F-409 is a flow additive, especially recommended for high gloss top-coats.
Water borne
- Dynoadd® F-601 provides substrate wetting and levelling for both solvent borne and water-borne formulations.
- Dynoadd® F-603 imparts improved substrate wetting and levelling without the formation of foam.
