Foam Control
Dynoadd® foam control additives are highly efficient, silicone-free, anti-foam and air release additives. Intended for use at low dosage, these additives prevent foam formation and provide good air release. The use of low dosage also ensures that foam problems can be cured without the risk of causing additional surface defects.
The Dynoadd® range includes products for solvent-borne and UV industrial coatings formulations. All our foam control additives in 700 series are silicone free.
- Dynoadd® F-470 Dynoadd F-470 eliminates air entrapment, pinholes and surface foam. It is particularly suited for thick films like floor coatings, castings and moulding based on 2K epoxies, unsaturated PE and PUs. It does not reduce transparency.
- Dynoadd® F-705 is a highly effective VOC-free foam control concentrate. It is effective in preventing generation of foam and it instantly removes remaining surface foam. It is approved for direct contact with food.
- Dynoadd® F-706 is effective in preventing foam generation in UV-coatings; it also instantly removes remaining surface foam in UV-coatings. It is dissolved in 2-ethyl-hexyl acrylate to ease incorporation into the formulation.
- Dynoadd® F-707 is a very effective foam control additive for solvent-borne coatings. It eliminates foam generation in roller coating applications. It is suitable for use in combination with Dynoadd® F-100 and Dynoadd® F-101.
- Dynoadd® F-708 is the VOC-free alternative where Dynoadd F-705 has compatibility limitations.
- Dynoadd® F-709 is particularly effective in solving deairation and anti-popping problems. In PE and PU formulations, it may be used in combination with Dynoadd flow & levelling additives, particularly Dynoadd F-101.
- Dynoadd® F-711 Dynoadd F-711 combines highly efficient foam control properties with improved compatibility resulting in improved flow and levelling properties. This combination makes it particularly effective in preventing and reducing the effects of popping.
- Dynoadd® F-713 Dynoadd F-713 eliminates air entrapment, pinholes and surface foam in 100% or low VOC formulations.
