Solvent-Borne Coatings
The Dynoadd® product program offers a comprehensive range of additive solutions for appearance related problems in solvent-borne coatings. Our additives offer a balance of properties and benefits that distinguish them from conventional additive solutions.
Dynoadd® foam control polymers are highly effective non-silicone additives. Our unique texture additives are spherical, monodisperse, crosslinked PMMA particles for creating textured surfaces, scratch resistance, smooth feel, and controlled gloss depending on particle size and film thickness.
Flow & levelling
- Dynoadd® F-1 is a general flow and levelling additive used in a large number of industrial coatings. Dynoadd® F-1 provides a good balance of flow and levelling, anti-crater, wetting and foam control properties.
- Dynoadd® F-100 has a high degree of resin compatibility and provides an enhanced flow & levelling effect.
- Dynoadd® F-101 is our most compatible flow and levelling additive and improves substrate and pigment wetting.
- Dynoadd® F-102 is chosen as flow and levelling additive in systems where foam control is of high importance.
- Dynoadd® F-201 is an alternative flow additive which offers a good combination of flow and foam control performance.
- Dynoadd® F-404 provides good flow and levelling, in addition to slip and extra brilliance, particularly in alkyd and acrylic based topcoats.
Foam control
- Dynoadd® F-705 is a highly effective foam control concentrate. It is effective in preventing generation of foam, and it instantly removes remaining surface foam.
- Dynoadd® F-707 is a very effective polymeric foam control additive. It is suitable for use in combination with Dynoadd® F-100 and Dynoadd® F-101.
- Dynoadd® F-709 is an effective additive for deairation and anti-popping, and complements Dynoadd F-707. In PE and PU, it may be used in combination with Dynoadd flow & levelling additives, particularly Dynoadd F-101.
Texture additives
- Dynoadd® P-series enables exact control of texture, scratch resistance, smooth feel and gloss depending on particle size and film thicknesses. Choose from 6, 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 µm particles.
